Consultation on the methodologies for DPCR5 close out

The fifth electricity distribution price control ran from 1 April 2010 to 31 March 2015 and a number of price control mechanisms now need to be closed out. For some of these, we still need to define the methodologies that we will use. These are the Network Output Measures relating to asset health, loading and fault rates, load-related expenditure, High Value Projects and the Traffic Management Act. We are consulting on our proposed approach and latest drafts of these methodologies. Once finalised, we will incorporate these methodologies in the RIIO-ED1 Price Control Financial Handbook by 31 March 2016.
