Goldboro LNG FEED project awarded
CB&I has been awarded the front-end engineering and design (FEED) contract for the Goldboro LNG project in Nova Scotia. Operator Pleridae Energy is planning a two-train facility with output of up to 10mn t/y and LNG storage capacity of 690,000 cm. It has already lined up a 20-year, 5mn t/y sale and purchase agreement with E.On Global Commodities. Initial output is targeted for 2019.
