In Europe, a three-year project entitled ITAKA (Initiative Towards sustAinable Kerosene for Aviation) is proposed, involving a wide range of participants aiming to start at the end of 2013 by KLM at Schiphol. The primary feedstock will be grown by Camelina Company Espanol, but used cooking oil will be included, and will be processed by Neste Oil in Finland
