UK Onshore Shale Gas Well Guidelines - Exploration and appraisal phase
The Guideline is relevant to all shale gas wells, onshore in Great Britain, designed and constructed for the extraction of naturally occurring hydrocarbons which include stimulation by techniques involving high volume hydraulic fracturing. The Guideline contains what is considered to be good industry practice and reference the relevant legislation, industry standards and practices.
