Finland opens the world's largest biomass gasification plant.

Vaskiluodon Voima Oy has inaugurated, what is said to be the world's largest biomass gasification plant, in Vaasa, Finland. The 140MW plant is ground breaking. Biomass gasification is being adopted on a large scale to replce the use of fossil fuels.
