The main objective of the study reported is to present results obtained by the use of scattering techniques, electron microscopy, in order to provide an accurate description of the system in a large range of sizes. The experimental techniques are described and the composition of the various asphaltenes which were investigated and the asphaltenes concentration in these crude oils are tabulated and discussed. Numerous graphical, illustrative and tabulated data are included. 18 refs.
