Foster Wheeler has signed a Letter of Intent with Chilean state-run oil company ...
Foster Wheeler has signed a Letter of Intent with Chilean state-run oil company Empresa Nacional de Petroleo (ENAP) for the development of a $300mn delayed coker project at the company’s Concon refinery in Chile. The new coker will process 20,000 b/d of heavy oil to produce petroleum coke. Other companies involved in the project are Perez Companc of Argentina, Petrobras of Brazil, German company Ferrostaal and Alberta Energy of Canada.
