Shell lines up $4bn gas to liquids deal with Qatar
Shell is expected to sign a $4bn gas-to-liquids project with Qatar, which has ambitions to become the GTL capital of the world, .next week Shell and state oil firm Qatar Petroleum would seal the deal on Monday. The project will be designed to produce around 137,000 bpd of environmentally friendly fuels including diesel, naphtha and liquefied petroleum gas.
