Fortum to spin off oil and tanker business
FORTUM is spinning off its oil business, including a 1m dwt tanker fleet, into a new company to be listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange, in a strategic decision to allow Fortum to continue developing as the leading utility company in the Nordic region.
