ExxonMobil told to halt Kizomba bids
RIYADH Sonangol, Angola's state oil company, has ordered ExxonMobil to cancel a $3.1bn tender for the Kizomba project on block 15 offshore Angola. ExxonMobil issued tenders for $3.1bn engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning contracts to develop Kizomba two weeks ago and included an PSO vessel and a production spar.
