EG Group increases its US fuel retail portfolio
EG Group is to acquire Cumberland Farms in the US, which operates some 600 convenience retail stores and fuelling stations across seven north-east states and Florida.
The deal will boost EG Group’s portfolio to nearly 1,700 sites, having only entered the US market in April 2018.
