Welcome to the EPC London page! EPC London are aiming to provide reliable advice to local property owners, landlords and buyers about energy efficiency standards. “What energy standards?” you say. Ever seen a small energy rating sticker on your oven or fridge? They are there to tell you how efficient that product is – the energy efficiency standards for property follows a similar practice. All commercial and domestic properties, bar a few exceptions, require an energy performance certificate in order to prove that they meet the minimum energy efficiency standards laid out by the UK government.
