Energy World November 2010
In this issue we concentrate on the transmission and distribution of electricity, and particulary the development of more intelligent and flexible grids suitable for changing power generation and use patterns. We also include feature articles on nuclear power in Japan and Czech Republic, and on nuclear decommissioning activities in the UK.
Finally, we take a look at energy research and development - into speeding up the development of renewables, and research co-ordinated by the EI into biofuels and carbon capture and storage.
