Spill response in the post-Macondo landscape
The oil and gas industry got a rude wake-up call with the Macondo disaster and has taken radical steps to improve oil spill response. OSRL, an industry-owned cooperative designed to respond to oil spills worldwide, suggests the risk perspective is shifting in the E&P arena. Brian Davis reports.
