Call for Evidence - Implementing geological disposal: working with communities

The purpose of this Call for Evidence is to draw together evidence and information on processes for working with communities in the siting of a Geological Disposal Facility (GDF) for radioactive waste. In particular, this Call focusses on the issues of community representation, community investment and the test of public support. The responses will be used to help the Community Representation Working Group (CRWG) develop proposals for how each of these areas will work in practice during the siting process. The final outputs will be made available in advance of formal discussions between the developer and interested communities.

This is not a public consultation, nor is it seeking views on where a GDF should or should not be sited.
