MOL Group further strengthens its fuel retail position in the Czech Republic

MOL Group is to acquire Russian Lukoil’s 44-strong service station network in the Czech Republic, helping the company to deliver on its downstream strategy of increasing its fuel retail presence within the supply radius of its core refineries. The sale, coupled with the assets recently acquired from Eni, will boost MOL’s network to some 318 sites in the Czech Republic, establishing it as one of the leading fuel retailers in the country.
