Technip secures onshore contract for Matindok gas development

Technip, in a consortium with Wijaya Karya (Persero), has secured an onshore lump-sum contract from Pertamina for the Matindok gas development project located in central Sulawesi, Indonesia. Comprising the Donggi, Matindok, Maleoraja and Minahaki fields, the Matindok field has about 1bn cm/y of gas, according to 100% owner Pertamina. The contract covers the engineering, procurement, construction and installation of gas well pads, flowlines, pipelines; a central processing plant (672mn cm/y of gas) with gas treatment facilities such as acid gas removal as well as sulphur removal; and related infrastructure. Sweet gas from the Matindok central processing plant will be sent to the Donggi Senoro LNG plant.
