Why are so many clouds blocking Portuguese solar?
As one of the countries with highest solar exposure in Europe, one would expect Portugal to be a leader in exploiting this resource. In fact, solar energy corresponds to only 1% of renewables used to produce electricity. Raquel Rio reports from Portugal on whether solar could be expanded with stable policies and the right incentives.
