Encana completes Jonah sale

Encana has completed the sale of certain natural gas properties in the Jonah field located in Sublette County, Wyoming, US, to an affiliate of TPG Capital, for a purchase price of approximately $1.8bn. Earlier, Encana sold certain properties located primarily in the Leon and Robertson counties of East Texas to an undisclosed purchaser for $530mn.
