Petrobras signs contracts from Brazil’s 12th bidding round
Petrobras has formally signed 41 concession contracts for blocks acquired in the 12th Round of Bidding organised by the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP). At the auction, held in late November last year, Petrobras acquired, wholly or in partnership, 49 blocks of the 50 that were auctioned. Among the auctioned blocks, 22 were in partnership, with 16 operated by Petrobras and six operated by partners. The remaining eight contracts will be signed in June.
