In order for the UK to achieve its carbon emission reduction targets all sectors of the economy, including transport, must contribute. Transport is a particular challenge, however, as it is the fastest growing area of carbon emissions. Merlin Hyman, Director, Environmental Industries Commission (EIC), reports.
