Gas processes '98. Anon. Hydrocarbon Processing, April 1998, 77(4), 87--134 (33 pages).

Summarized data are presented for 82 gas processes and each project is described and illustrated. Application, products produced, and brief operational details are given. References for each project are included. The processes involve treatments to remove H2S, CO2 and COS from gas streams, sulphur recovery and treating of tail gases, sweetening of light distillates such as LPG, gasoline and jet fuels, cryogenic processes to recover light hydrocarbons, and dehydration of natural gas to very low dew points. Hydrogen production recovery and purification processes, LNG liquefaction, and NLG recovery plants are described. Removal of light olefins from offgas streams, and synthesis gas projects are also summarized.
