Catalytic steam cracking of n-heptane with special reference to the effect of calcined dolomite. G. Taralas. Ind. Engng. Chem. Res., July 1996, 35(7), 2121--2126.

Steam cracking was performed in a fixed bed reactor over calcined dolomite, limestone and a commercial NiMo catalyst. The effects of water and n-heptane partial pressure and of the addition of carbon dioxide and water vapour on conversion were investigated. 17 refs.
