Study on geothermal history in Mesozoic era of ZQ depression in Zhangwu area. (In Chinese). M.-B. Wau. J. Xi'am Petrol. Inst., 1997, 12(1), 12--16.
X-ray diffraction was used to quantitatively analyse the clay mineral in the ZQ depression for the type of organic kerogen. Consideration was also given to the relationship between vitrinite reflectivity and temperature, and the paleo-heat transfer. The study also indicated the preferable oil generating intervals by further exploring and developing the depression. The results of the study are presented and discussed. 4 refs.
