Dehydrogenation process for propane and isobutane. H. Bolt and H. Zimmerman. Erdol Erdgas Kohle, February 1995, 111(2), 90--93.

Details are given of a new hydrogenation process developed by Linde AG which has been demonstrated in a 1:1 scale (full commercial scale) for some two years. The main features comprise maximum selectivity obtained by isothermal reaction conditions at relatively low temperature level; reaction conditions above atmospheric pressure; no dilution of feedstock or catalyst.
