Production report---EOR dips in US but remains a significant factor. G. Moritis. OGJ, 26 September 1994, 92(39), 51--79.
This enhanced and heavy oil recovery survey reveals that notwithstanding the unstable and low prices of the last few years, EOR projects still account for some 3.2% of the world's oil production. Tabulated data are presented which outline the hundreds of projects, both pilot and field wide, that produce about 1.9 million brl/oil/day through a variety of enhanced recovery processes.
