This specification defines the performance requirements for any pipework used to convey liquid motor fuels and their hydrocarbon vapours to and from underground storage. Requirements are identified for all pipe systems composed of metals, plastics, or combinations thereof---delivery pipes, suction and transfer pipes (siphons), fill pipes, vapour recovery, vent lines, secondary containment, and all associated fittings, connections and couplings. Pipe tests, pipe connection tests, and quality systems are also included.
