The integration is discussed of three businesses---BP Exploration operates Kinneil crude oil processing terminal, BP Oil operates Grangemouth refinery, and BP Chemicals operates Grangemouth petrochemicals plant. Kinneil expansion to a plant throughput capacity of 1.2 million brl/d is described, petrochemical plans and investments, and a #250 million refinery repositioning are described.
