The PPA is a regional, non-governmental, non-profit organization to promote the direct cooperation of the Pacific island power utilities in technical training, exchange of information, sharing of senior management and engineering expertise and other activities of benefit to the members. The main objective of the PPA is to enhance the performance of power utilities in the region through a cooperative effort by maintaining a partnership among the Active Members, Allied Members and regional and international aid donors.
