The UK Petroleum Industry Association (UKPIA) has developed a user-friendly computer programme called ‘Risk Manager’ aimed at helping service station operators assess a wide range of health and safety, food hygiene and environmental risks. To speed up implementation, the package includes a comprehensive training syllabus that will help retailers and staff familiarise themselves with the risk assessment tool.
