At an Offshore Europe lunch hosted by the North Sea Chapter of the International Association of Drilling Contractors, three companies were presented with North Sea Chapter Certificates of Endorsement for their Safety Leadership Training Programmes. The companies were: Scottish Training Consultants, Santa Fe Drilling Company (North Sea) and Stena Drilling. To achieve endorsement, applicants’ training programmes must follow ten key elements, including communication, organisational culture, motivation and attitudes.
