Doubts greet round two of offshore wind farm licences
THE UK has launched its second offshore wind farm licensing round, which will see hundreds of turbines installed in the Thames Estuary., Greater Wash on the east coast including the Humber Estuary, and Liverpool Bay off northwest England. But doubts have been expressed, not least by the shipping and fishing industries and the Royal Navy.
