Scandinavians strike deals for Sakhalin II oil and gas project
Aker Kvaerner Technology has scooped a $150m contract to provide engineering services. Finnish contractor Quattrogemini has a $100m award for building concrete gravity bases and foundations for two offshore production platforms.
