BG turns up the heat on pay.
Richard Giordano, chairman of BG Group, has been awarded a 65% rise and a range of expensive perks - a £150,000 rise in his basic pay to £375,000. He also received perks worth nearly £75,000, up from £47,000 a year earlier.
