Skills gap threatens North Sea oil revival
A shortage of skilled labour threatens to damage a revival in the fortunes of the North Sea, a leading oil and gas major has warned. TotalFinaElf, the world's fourth largest player, said three times as many technicians were leaving the offshore sector as were being trained.
