Greenergy to acquire Amber Petroleum

Greenergy has agreed to acquire Amber Petroleum, an independent fuel distributor and retailer based in the Republic of Ireland, for an undisclosed sum.

Amber’s operations include company-owned and dealer-owned forecourts, comprising a network of 35 sites around the country, along with fuels distribution and home heating depots.
