UPDATED 1 Sept: The EI library in London is temporarily closed to the public, as a precautionary measure in light of the ongoing COVID-19 situation. In recent years, shortage of talent was one of the greatest threats facing the oil and petrochemicals sector. The job market looks bleak in the face of the current global pandemic, and this lingering talent crunch is likely to get worse, not better.
