Total to target distributed solar energy market in China

Total and smart energy technology company Envision Group have created TEESS, a 50:50 joint venture company, to develop on-site distributed generation solar projects for B2B (business-to-business) customers in China.

TEESS claims its combination of distributed solar energy systems and digital solar energy solutions will allow customers to ‘decarbonise their energy while reducing energy costs, optimising and digitalising energy management, and enhancing the safety and reliability of energy utilisation’.
