Greater diversity will provide the skills that energy needs
To meet the challenges of the 21st century we need to attract, retain and develop the right people and the right skills. This means greater emphasis on diversity and inclusion and tapping into the rich pool of female talent, write Ruth Blanco and Anna Stanford.
