At another crossroads?

In recent years, Latin America has seen licensing rounds pick up, local content obligations relax and regulatory volatility decline. However, a roll-back of these encouraging developments in upstream oil and gas could now be on the cards, as the recent crop of antiestablishment candidates in this year’s presidential elections come to the fore.
