UK funding for EV charge points under-used, Petroleum Review, February 2018, p 5

In UK, about a third of homes do not have off-street parking, hence the UK Department of Transport launched the On-Street Residential Chargepoint Scheme in 2016.   However, to date, only five councils have taken advantage of it, so £4.5 mn is still available for this purpose.
