Toyota to purchase renewable hydrogen in California, Energy World, January 2018, p 4
In US, Toyota is to purchase renewable hydrogen from US FuelCell Energy at Long Beach, to power its fleet of fuel-cell vehicles and heavy-duty fuel-cell Class B trucks. The hydrogen will be produced from methane-based fuels including renewable biogas that are reformed using water and heat produced by the fuel cell, resulting in nil water consumption.
