International treaty: [TS No.1/2017] UK/India: Agreement for Co-operation in the Peaceful Uses of Nuclear Energy

Includes the following:

"The Parties shall cooperate in the promotion and development of peaceful uses of nuclear energy in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement."

"The Parties may co-operate in any of the following areas: ...

e) nuclear fuel and nuclear fuel cycle management, including through the development of strategic reserve of nuclear fuel to guard against any disruption of supply over the life time of India’s nuclear reactors

...

h) the provision of technical assistance and services, including fuel services;
i) decommissioning of nuclear facilities"
