Offshore Safety Directive Regulator (OSDR)
HSE and DECC working in partnership, have formed the Offshore Safety Directive Regulator (OSDR), to act as the Competent Authority responsible for implementing the requirements of the EU Directive on the safety of offshore oil and gas operators.
