British road fuel prices drive towards 2016 highs

 As oil prices continue to rise, the cost of unleaded petrol and diesel rose for a second consecutive month to drive the average price of diesel to its highest level so far this year. Diesel rose to 13.34p during September a litre, its highest price this year while petrol reached 112.07p. Brent crude has passed $50 following the recent OPEC agreement a to limit production and other crude prices are also increasing.
