Decorative image New

MAN Diesel & Turbo is to build a 40 MW heavy fuel oil-powered power plant for the Arabian Cement Company (ACC) in Saudi Arabia. The plant will provide power to a cement factory in Rabigh, around 120 km north of Jeddah at the Red Sea coast.

The plant will consist of two MAN two-stage turbocharging engines (pictured) and its first phase is scheduled to be completed this year. Two additional phases of construction are planned to add four more engines and boost the capacity to 120 MW.
