FlyShip to skim the seas? Aerospace, March 2016, p 4

In Germany, the FlyShip team are developing a range of ground-effect aircraft, typically powered with diesel-fuelled variable-speed ducted turboprops.   Representative speeds are 190 km/h, with a low fuel burn of 125 L/h giving an endurance of 20 hours, and range of 3800 km.
