Russia ready to build Turkstream pipeline

Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak says Moscow is still ready to build the Turkstream subsea gas pipeline if European and Turkish partners showed interest. Talks on the project froze when a Russian bomber was shot down by a Turkish jet near the Syrian-Turkish border last November.
