TransCanada files Keystone XL pipeline lawsuit

TransCanada has filed a lawsuit in the Texas federal court, claiming President Obama exceeded his Constitutional authority when he refused to greenlight the controversial Keystone XL pipeline. The company is reportedly seeking more than $15bn in damages through a North American Free Trade Agreement claim.
