Coal, climate and security over the winter

You cannot fail to have noticed that the climate summit, COP21, is now underway in Paris – I hope to be able to report a positive outcome in the next issue of the magazine. It’s some kind of coincidence that large parts of this issue of Energy World are concerned with fossil fuels, coal mostly, the source of most of the carbon dioxide being pumped into the atmosphere to cause climate change. Yet cover coal we must.
